Jump to solution

I have already flashed with latest bios, all work well but sometimes during splash screen my usb mouse dongle is off and cannot use mouse in visual bios, the Microsoft usb dongle is on a usb port (2.0) on the rear and its power led sometimes its off just during boot on splash screen. Any advice about this problem?

I've experienced the same issue with my Logitech T650 wireless trackpad. What _usually_ works is to connect the mouse dongle to one of the USB 3.0 ports closest to the HDMI connector on the rear panel. Then,

in the Devices and Peripherals tab of the BIOS settings, make sure there is a checkmark in the box next to "USB 3.0 Hub Presence."
