To enter the bios to reset the password(s), please review https://downloadmirror.intel.com/20952/eng/DH77KC_TechProdSpec04.pdf https://downloadmirror.intel.com/20952/eng/DH77KC_TechProdSpec04.pdf , section 2.3 on page 58 and table 35 on page 59. You may also want to read section 3.10 on page 74.

With power off, when you set the jumper to "configuration", and then turned power on to your PC, did it enter the BIOS?

Unplug the chassis intrusion switch from the motherboard, or defeat the switch.

Unplug the AC from your power supply.

Remove the coin battery.

Wait 30 minutes.

Replace the battery.

Put the bios jumper on 2-3

Plug In the AC to your power supply.

With the chassis intrusion switch removed or defeated, turn on power.

You should be in the bios.

Sorry, I am at a loss on this one.

Perhaps one of the Intel support staff can help.

Have you tried just pressing when it asks for the password?

Did you just replace or add a hard disk drive? If you did, it may be that this hard disk drive has an encryption password set on it and it is asking for this password...

If neither if these suggestions helps, I am at a loss as well. Doc's suggestions are exactly what I would have answered if he hadn't beaten me here...
