Have you removed that Wifi card to see if it is responsible for the hang?
If the system is hanging regardless, you should try installing the latest BIOS using the normal F7 process. This is documented here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005547/boards-and-kits/desktop-boards.ht....
If this does not address the problem, try reinstalling the latest BIOS using the BIOS Recovery method. This is documented here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005630/boards-and-kits.html?wapkw=bios+r....
The third thing you can try is to unplug the system from A/C power and then remove the CR2032 battery on the board for 15 minutes. If you do this, note that you will need to go into BIOS Setup (Visual BIOS) and set the current date and time.
