Intel no longer makes desktop boards. And, finding one that matches the specs of your [very] old board are unlikely.
You can look on the used market and auction sites, or you can upgrade to a current board from another manufacturer, which means new memory, new processor, and likely new disk drives, power supply, and graphics.
