hello! i need help with my intel desktop board. windows is missing the pci simple communications controller driver. i tried updating it in device manager, didnt work. i tried scanning for hardware changes, didnt work. i tried the intel management engine component installer, still didnt work. i tried updating the bios. it updated successfully but still didnt fix my issue. i tried the wierd online solutions and they didnt work. can you guys please fix it?
system specs are: core 2 duo 6320 1.86 ghz. 2.5gb of ram. 2 tb storage. latest bios installed.

well if i dont need it then why dont any graphics cards show up in device manager.
You are going to have to do better than that. Did it EVER work? Did it ever work on this motherboard? What model is the card? Take it out and examine it for a model number.
For help, you need to provide as much information as you can. And, you may have to accept the reality that this 2007 board has failed.
I do not know who or what savers is, but I would take it back to them.
Let me ask the questions again:
Did the card ever work on this board?
Did you see it work? Did you see it work with Windows 7?
Did you install the card yourself?
Answer these questions.
From what I can see about the card, it should work with your board.
This is assuming that the card is good, and that the board is good.
Check the bios for a video setting (onboard, external, auto) or something like that.
As I said previously, the board is 13 years old. Component failure, if not already, is going to happen. Also, the video slot could be bad.
Why would you purchase a 13 year old board?
