Do not worry.   You do not need this driver.

That device is the MEI.  You do not need it.

What OS are you using?

You are going to have to do better than that.  Did it EVER work?  Did it ever work on this motherboard?  What model is the card?  Take it out and examine it for a model number.

For help, you need to provide as much information as you can.  And, you may have to accept the reality that this 2007 board has failed.

So the card is a gigabyte gv-n630-2gi rev:3.0

I do not know who or what savers is, but I would take it back to them.

Let me ask the questions again:

Did the card ever work on this board?

Did you see it work?  Did you see it work with Windows 7?

Did you install the card yourself?

Answer these questions.

From what I can see about the card, it should work with your board.

This is assuming that the card is good, and that the board is good.

I put in my own card. And savers is a thrift store here in Phoenix. And I know the card works with windows 7 because I have used it in another windows 7 machine before this one.

Then, the board is bad.  Return it.

Check the bios for a video setting (onboard, external, auto) or something like that.

As I said previously, the board is 13 years old.   Component failure, if not already, is going to happen.  Also, the video slot could be bad.

Why would you purchase a 13 year old board?

i have it set on auto. the reason i bought it was because it was cheap and already had a case.
