missing files

Intel DX79SI WINDOWS 8 PRO

I have missing files and some files have been corrupted

Here are the files

7 _Wow64cpu File not found: C:\Windows\syswow64\Wow64cpu.dll

8 _Wow64win File not found: C:\Windows\syswow64\Wow64win.dll

I have also tried to submit for analysis but that failed

Are these files missing from the Operating system registry or from where are these files?
