Where can I find drivers and manual for this board? I cannot get into bios either, del key doesn't do it.

Of course DEL does not get you into the BIOS. All INTEL boards use F2.

Ooo, that's a tough one. Intel mostly cleared off the older versions that would still have support for the Q77 chipset. But, you are in luck, there's a version that is still there to support the NUCs with 3rd gen processors and you can use it for your board.
