trouble installing new desktop..mouse and keyboard not happening

just brought home a Energy i5 Bulk   EBi5 10400  [shop closed on weekends]

seems to be only 1 plug in port  and I need 2

I plugged in the mouse and doesn't work in the one port provided then tried the   keyboard in same port and same ...zero response..???  thanks

Your board is not an Intel product.

You need to contact the manufacturer of your board for support.
