Hewo, would you please check for a white sticker label inside of the motherboard, it is going to provide you an AA# ?

Here is how it looks like: http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/cs-010687.htm Desktop Boards — Identify your desktop board

You can also send me a picture.

This link provided all drivers, BIOS versions and software available for your motherboard. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Desktop+Boards&ProductLine... Download Center

It is very important for you to know that this motherboard has been out of support since June 2010 http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-029308.htm Desktop Boards — End of interactive support announcement

thanks sylvia

been there in 2010 and 2011 so drivers have not changed at all.

the board features fault tolerance (RAID) hardware and i think that's why a driver does not load - see pic attached

Hewo, it is very important to install the drivers in order, beginning with the chipset driver (.INF), graphics, audio and then management engine.

I would recommend you to install all drivers and OS with the motherboard out of chassis. Also use minimum configuration such as motherboard, processor, 1 memory stick, power supply and video card.

Remember that this motherboard supports only Windows XP and 2000 operating systems. http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-008326.htm Desktop Boards — Supported operating systems
