Server launch (Jupyter notebook) hangs for ever

Can you please check  why the server launch is not proceeding for uid : u61876 ?

Hi Andrew6,

Please follow the workarounds below for this issue:

1. Clear cache/cookies
2. Try a different browser
3. Try incognito mode

If the sever continues to hang, please let me know.
