1. login in the 2nd day after registering with Chrome.

2. no prompt on verification code

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

openresty/1.13.6.1

Remove the cookie data for devcloud.intel.com

retry resulted in the same failure

Login with Microsoft IE brower, it works well
