500 : Internal Server Error

Failed to start your server on the last attempt. Please contact admin if the issue persists.

You can try restarting your server from the home page.

 

Any idea what happen to the server?

Tried a few different machine to login all show same thing.

Steps to resolve this issue. 

Resolution 1: Clear your browser cache 

1) Clear Cache

2) Stop server 

3) Start server

Resolution 2: Delete .local file from your user account

1) Connect to a terminal of your user account 

2) On the terminal window delete .local file by

rm -rf .local/

3) Stop server 

4) start Server

Also, user can follow the message displayed in the 500 Internal sever error page

Restart the server from the homepage (click on the link)

or click https://devcloud.intel.com/edge/home/

Click connect and create ->

Click on My Files

Stop server

Start server

Hi,

Thanks for the solution. 

But seem like the server is up now. (the server is down from 23 to 25 Nov 2019 )

I didn't change anything but everything is resume working now.
