Hi,

When I am accessing the Jupyter Hub training modules under Intel AI toolkit, I am getting the following error:

500 : Internal Server Error

Error in Authenticator.pre_spawn_start: RuntimeError Can not resolve name for server unsupported. (rc = -2 - ) Cannot resolve specified server host 'unsupported'. qsub: cannot connect to server unsupported (errno=15010) Access from host not allowed, or unknown host

You can try restarting your server from the home page.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

The issue is fixed now. Are you able to access the JupyterLab?

If the issue still persists, please let us know.

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Internal Server Error while loading the jupyter will be a temporary issue. Please clear the web browser cookies and try once again. Also try to launch jupyter in another browser.

If you are still facing this issue please let us know.

Thanks
