Access to AI DevCloud extension request placed but no response

Hi,

I have uploaded my project to the Intel Developer Mesh and requested an extension of access to the Intel AI DevCloud service about a week ago, since my access is about to expire in Oct 29. Is it possible to have my account extended before then?

My user ID is u29337.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As per our system records, your DevCloud account has 180 days access from 2019/07/31.
Hence your access to DevCloud will expire only on 2020/1/27.
We request you to check your DevCloud access end date once again and confirm on the same. 
If you have any further issues please let us know.
