Account got deactivated

Hi,

My devcloud account got deactivated only hours after enrolling into the program.
I haven't even connected to any services yet.
The email contained the following ID:

ID:300007836282 / 226018 / 109475

We apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. Could you please confirm which DevCloud product are you using? Is it Intel® Tiber™ Developer CloudIntel® Developer Cloud for the Edge, or Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud for oneAPI?

 

Additionally, please provide your affected email for us to conduct further checking.
