Hi, my username at DevCloud is u79574, I cannot connect to my account anymore.
When I try to SSH it, I receive the "Authentication failed." message.
If I try to log in to the DevCloud webpage, the "Get Free Access" button will appear but after pressing it, I will receive the following message:
> There is already an Intel DevCloud account associated with this email.
> Go to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/overview.html to
> access Intel DevCloud. For assistance resolving account issues, visit the Intel DevCloud Forum.
Could someone please help me resolve this issue? I have evaluation codes and projects in this account. Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
It will take some time to copy the files from the old account to a new account. There is no need to change the permissions.
Please let us know once the copying is done.
If this resolves your issue, make sure to accept this as a solution.
This would help others with similar issues. Thank you!

Can you please check whether your account has expired or not?

Hi Diya,
Many thanks for your help and advice.
I just gave it a try and here is the reply from the system:
Your account does not expire until 14-2-2023, please wait to request an account extension within 30 days of expiration. Thank you!
So I believe my account is still valid. In November, I had already requested an extension.
I also attached the screenshot to this message. Please check it out.

I just gave the link a try and here is the reply from the system (screenshot in the attachment):
There is already an Intel DevCloud account associated with this email. Go to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/overview.html to access Intel DevCloud. For assistance resolving account issues, visit the Intel DevCloud Forum.
So I guess the system thinks that I still have an existing account. Is there anything else I could do? Many thanks in advance.

Could you please help me move my files from the old account to this new one, please?
Thanks a lot in advance!
FYI, my new account is u182374; while the old one is u79574.

Hi Diya,
Thank you so much for the help. Now I can already see my old home folder (u79574) in the new account (u182374).
In addition, could you please chmod the "u79574" folder and its contents to 777, please?
Many thanks in advance. They are now 700 under root:root so I cannot access them.
Best regards,
Yuan
