All jobs are queued [Batch queue]

Hi,

I have just started experiencing a problem with submitting jobs. Everything I submit to the batch queue is on hold.

I see that there are a lot of free nodes and I don't specify any special properties in qsub. I don't understand why the jobs are queued instead of running directly.

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

We tried to submit job from our end and its working fine. We were not able to reproduce your issue.

For your information, we are working to optimize our queue policies to balance the needs of all users and currently we allow every user to run two jobs, one job running on two nodes simultaneously or two jobs each running on one node.

Could you kindly let us know 

1. Which Intel DevCloud you're using? Is it Intel DevCloud for oneAPI or Intel DevCloud for Edge or Intel DevCloud for FPGA?

2. Please can you share the exact steps that you followed to submit the job using qsub, so that we can reproduce the issue.

3. Could you please share the screenshot of the issue.
