Bad link in "Basic Shell Commands" documentation

Attention Intel Support:

Be advised that the online documentation at Basic Shell Commands | Intel® DevCloud reads:

"To create and edit a file in the default text editor Vi, reference the >vi command tutorial<(link to be added when that article is published)."

It looks like the tutorial the author intended to reference is online at Basic VI Commands | Intel® DevCloud. Therefore, it is time to update that link.
