I tried to sign in on the Intel DevCloud for Edge page but after it was refreshed, I still remained not signed in. As a result, I still cannot access the DevCloud interface

Hi vbpp,
Thank you for reporting, we are working on fixing the login experience. On the top right corner of the page, you should see a user icon with a checkmark after logging in. Could you try to launch a Jupyter Lab or Container Playground session by scroll down the page and click the get started button. Please let me know if it works for you or if you run into any issues.
