Cannot connect Permission denied (publickey)

Hi could my user be reset please, all i get is u184128@devcloud: Permission denied (publickey).

Glad to know that your new account is working perfectly fine.

 

Can you just log out from your old account in Jupyter Notebook and try connecting to devcloud with your new account.

 

If this resolves your issue, make sure to accept this as a solution. This would help others with similar issue.

I just tried creating a new account to check I wasn’t doing anything wrong and I can ssh in successfully with that one. If this account can be fixed that would be good if not I can use the new one.

Yes I can login to Jupyter Notebook with the new account. I’ll move to that account as this one appears to be in a bad state.
