Cannot connect to DevCloud via PuTTY

I followed the instructions given for connecting to DevCloud via PuTTY. However, the guest access results in a different SSH version, and the subsequent connection results in a message "Remote side unexpectedly closed connection" despite following all the instructions given. How would one resolve such an issue?

Also, I'd like to connect to DevCloud via the Intel VPN as my Intel Skype account has not been migrated as of yet, is there any way to set it up such that I accomplish this?

Thanks for reaching out.

Kindly follow the below instructions

1)Ensure that you are loading the right key(devcloud-access-key-xxxxx.ppk) to the pageant.

2)Try to download the key again and load it to pageant.

3)Also make sure that you are using the correct browser specified in the welcome email to download the key
