Cannot kill job in queue

Hello Admin

I am not able to kill a process in job queue. 

It has been in run mode for days. When I try to use qdel, I receive the following error:

qdel: Server could not connect to MOM 805341.v-qsvr-1.aidevcloud

My user is: 

u****

Hi 

Could you please check whether your job is still running because ideally it should be killed within 24 hours. If it is still running please send us output of the below command. 

 

qstat -n
