Cannot submit jobs to generic queue

Dear support team,

There seems to be an issue with the PBS server on DevCloud.

For instance, commands such as 'pbsnodes/qstat/qsub' hang indefintely without returning any output. However, I can still submit jobs to NDA queue. 

Please kindly check system.

Thanks for posting in Intel Forums. We've checked and the issue doesn't persist from our end. Could you please tell us from when you're facing this issue? Was it working fine earlier?
