[Connect and Create] link unable to click

I just register devcloud, and I got a problem:

when I move to [Build] tab, the [Connect and Create] link is unable to click.

how can I click this link ?

sorry, I got it.

there are two options under the [connect and creat].

I totally misunderstood it.
