Connecting to Intel DevCloud for OneAPI

Hello,

I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to download either the automatic install script for Cygwin or the SSH access key. I am also not getting the welcome email. Could you please look into this? My user ID is uxxxxx and email is jchoi157@illinois.edu.

Could you please confirm on how you got the user id without welcome mail?

Are you logging in for the first time?

Could you please try to download the key using another browser.

Also clear the cookies and try to download again.

If the issue still persists, please let us know.

Hi,

I was logged in right after signing up.

But the issue seems to have been temporary, I received the welcome email a few hours later and I am able to download the SSH keys now.
