DL WorkBench does not start

I am trying to test the DL Worbench. Unfortunaly, at my end I dont see " ...(for the first time)". I just see "Launch DL workbench", and when I try to access the system send me back to sign in section for launching jupyter server. Thoughts?

Yes, there is an issue with the DL Workbench, it is being worked on right now, we hope to have it resolved shortly.
