hi,

trying to extend my access via

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/forms/devcloud-extension/oneapi-request.html

just gives me

devmesh.intel.com refused to connect.

i just dabbling and trying to learn, i doubt its of use to anyone else.
