Hi,
I got an email stating 'Your access for Intel® DevCloud will expire in 15 days.... complete the access request form to extend your account '. But when I try to extend the account this error shows up 'Sorry, we can't find an active DevCloud account to extend. You are free to create a new account or contact our DevCloud Forum if you feel this an error.'
Please help with this.

we had send an email asking for DevCloud userid (uxxxxxx). If the issue still persists, can u share the DevCloud userid via private message or mail.
