DevCloud Account Removed?

I'm a PhD student who's been working closely with Intel and using the DevCloud for over a year now, and my account seems to have been removed this week. I can request a new DevCloud account, but I'm wondering if there's anyway to recover the files on my previous account? Many of which are OneAPI FPGA builds which would take hours/days to recreate. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. We are able to copy the files from your old account to new account.
