When I try to extend devcloud period I get the following error:

ERROR: Something seems to have gone wrong. To access the extension request form, please refer back to the original URL shared. If you continue to encounter issues, please let us know through our forum.

So here I am.

Hi jpthing,

The link to get to that form only works with your specific user ID. You can find your User ID in the email you received when you signed up. The subject of the email is:  "Welcome to Intel® DevCloud for the Edge”.

So, the URL after you add your user ID will look like the following:

https://software.seek.intel.com/us-en-extend-devcloud?uid=XXXXX

I hope this is helpful

Best Regards,

Sahira

Hi jpthing,

Since your Intel DevCloud for the Edge trial has expired, you will need to submit a project description so that your trial can be extended.

I will reach out to the Development team for further instructions for you.

No, it is that link that doesn't work.

Hi jpthing,

The direct link that I provided should work. I just opened it and am seeing the page below. Please make sure you are replacing the last 5 characters of the link I provided with your User ID if the link is still not working.

Perhaps trying with a new browser will help. If not, please let me know and I can find a workaround for you.

Best Regards,

Sahira
