Dear DevCloud supporters,

I made requests to extend the use of DevCloud but keep getting the following messages:

Sorry, we can't find an active DevCloud account to extend. You are free to create a new account or contact our DevCloud Forum if you feel this an error

Please tell me a suitable way to extend the usage of my account.

Your account was in a weird state. I have corrected that, and extended your account. You should be good to go until June.
