DevCloud Extention Requset

hi,

I asked for extension two weeks ago and I was rejected because I forgot to fill the reason I'm using devcloud or oneAPI/Intel technology components.

i talked with the support in the email and after clarification, they told me they will extend it.

i was looking today and surprisingly saw :

Expiration Date : Today at 5:42 PM

that the expiration day was not changed.

what can I do? I cant move all thing I have on the server in such a short time
