DevCloud samples and Jupyter notebooks end in "Internal Error"

From the tutorials (e.g. Tutorials for Using Intel® DevCloud) or Samples (e.g. Sample Apps (intel.com)) or via the JupyterNotebooks (e.g. https://notebooks.edge.devcloud.intel.com/hub/login?next=/lab&RefURL=/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/devcloud/edge/build.html) it always ends with:
"

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

"

at the address "https://sso.edge.devcloud.intel.com/?acs"

I tried both, with ChromeBrowser and with MS-Edge, results in the same internal error.

I have an activated account at DevCloud (https://software.intel.com/devcloud).

There was a "Container Playground feature of the Intel® DevCloud For The Edge scheduled downtime " at the last weekend (on Friday December 3rd, from 7:30PM to Saturday December 4th 1:30AM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7:00) ).

Maybe it has an impact on DevCloud as well?
