Didn't receive the email after enrollment to DevCloud for Edge

Greetings,

I enrolled to DevCloud for Edge using my university account.  However I did not received the email to sign-in.  The email is not in the SPAM folder.  I think it's an issue with my university email.  If I try to enroll again I obtain the following message:  "There is already a DevCloud account associated with this email. Go to https://devcloud.intel.com/edge  to access. For assistance resolving account issues, visit the Intel DevCloud Forum."

May you please help me?

Braulio,

 

I checked your account and everything seems to be fine, you have all the correct roles in your account. Have you tried to log in, are you getting any issues when you do?
