Error message in extension of the DevCloud account

Dear DevCloud supporters,

I made requests to extend the use of DevCloud but keep getting the following error messages.

Error: You have already requested an extension of your access period. Please wait for DevCloud staff to review and respond to your request.

Please tell me a suitable way to extend the usage of my account.
