Error when trying to connect to the Intel DevOps in the Cygwin

I am trying to follow these steps below but getting an error message in the Cygwin.

Please advise!

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

We tried to connect to DevCloud from Cygwin and didn’t find any issues.

If you are behind proxy use following command:

ssh devloud.proxy

And also could you again try configuring with manual steps provided and make sure Host devcloud is there in the config file.

You can find config file inside ~<installed directory>/.ssh/config
