Extend the DevCloud access

Dear Sir:

I got an expiration notice and I fill the extension request immediately several week ago. However, the request doesn't get approval and I got an other notice email saying my access is expired.

Can you help me to solve this issue?

Sorry to inform you that as your account has already expired ,we cannot extend your DevCloud access. Hence you can request for a new DevCloud account.

Yes, I request a new account and can access it now.

But there is a big problem: I lost my data. Can I get my project files back?

My original request is to extend not a new account since I still want my project there.
