Failing of Renew access for Intel® DevCloud

I received mails for the "Renew access for Intel® DevCloud".

But the URL does not work well. When I select one, then whole area goes while without any text and button. So I cannot renew.

My info is attached.

Sorry to inform you that your account had expired before you tried to apply for renewal.

 

 

 

You can get a new account here : https://software.intel.com/devcloud/oneapi

Hi,

 

I am seeing this message. I guess I had two accounts with my intel mail address. And only one account was expired.
I tried to create new account as Intel employee but after clicking "Intel Employee? Create account here", I got the following.

 

There is already an Intel DevCloud account associated with this email. Go to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/overview.html  to access Intel DevCloud. For assistance resolving account issues, visit the Intel DevCloud Forum.

We have fixed your issue from our end.  You will be able to create a new account now.
