1. Intel DevCloud for OneAPI
2. Intel DevCloud for Edge
3. Intel DevCloud for FPGA

And also, could you please elaborate on the steps you are trying to do?

Not one of these but it's the Developer Cloud that has both Virtual Machine and Bare-metal
