I can't connect to the devcloud using ssh devcloud on my office wifi. I'm able to connect to devcloud using my mobile hotspot. Can someone clarify what's the issue here and how to rectify it? I don't have a proxy. My ubuntu version is Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS
Thank you.

Hi ,
Thank you for posting in Intel communities.
Can you please let us know which DevCloud are you using?
There are two possible ways you can check whether you are able to login in office wifi :
1. Please try connecting to JupyterLab using this link https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/get_started/
After logging in if you are able to open it that means it is fine to use.
2. Please request your office network administrator to change the security settings so that you can connect to the office wifi.
I hope either of these will help you to connect to Intel DevCloud.
If this resolves your issue, make sure to accept this as a solution.
This would help others with similar issue. Thank you!
Regards,
Diya

ssh: connect to host ssh.devcloud.intel.com port 22: Connection timed out
kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
