I cannot connect to devcloud

Hi,

I was trying to connect to devcloud via JupyterHub, but I can't get it.

I have also tried with SSH and I can't either.
I recently requested an extension of my Devcloud access which has already been granted. Could this be the problem?

After a few hours of maintenance, JupyterHub and ssh were both accessible.
