I didn't receive the qualification email of DevCloud for Edge and every time I try to re-register for it, It shows I already have an account.

Have you checked spam/junk mail to see if you received the confirmation in there? In any event, I am seeing that you have the proper role on your account, and you should have access. Have you tried logging in with your account? Are you getting any error messages you could share?
