Intel Dev Account Activation error

I and my team ran into this error when creating an Intel Dev Account. The emails we use for sign in is Rossy.nguyen@riverlane.com and Adam.richardson@riverlane.com

Could you please let us know which DevCloud(oneAPI DevCloud/edge DevCloud/FPGA DevCloud) you are using?

To assist you further, we need your userid. you can share the userID of your Intel DevCloud account as a reply to the message we will send you privately.

You can get the userID from the top right corner next to the sign out button after logging into Intel DevCloud from the link below:

https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/

Hi, 

I try to sign up for Intel Quantum SDK and I am enolled in Intel Dev Cloud, pending activation. 

I couldn't find any userID as you instructed (see pics).
