Intel Dev Cloud - Access Expired

Hello,

my account to Intel DevCloud has expired a few days ago. Now I am trying to access the Jupyter Lab but it looks like I have to enroll again. Once I try to submit the enrolment form, I am being redirected to the page which shows the message shown below:

There is already a DevCloud account associated with this email. Go to https://software.intel.com/devcloud  to access. For assistance resolving account issues, visit the Intel DevCloud Forum.

When I click on the first link in the message and try to open Jupyter (from linked page), I am being redirected again to the page with enrolment message.

Can you help me to get an access to Intel DevCloud again?

Kind regards

Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately once an account has expired there is no way to reactivate it. You do have to enroll again. It looks like you got stuck in a bit of a loop. Please try the link below, and hopefully it will allow you to complete the process of re-registering.

Please let me know if this works for you.

Thanks

Hi,

Good day to you.

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you kindly let us know which Intel DevCloud you're using? Is it Intel DevCloud for oneAPI or Intel DevCloud for Edge or Intel DevCloud for FPGA?

Thanks and Regards,

Jyothis V James

Is it possible to enroll using the e-mail address I used before? This form does not allow me to enroll using the e-mail address I used on the account that expired (my company mail). I submitted using the private mail and received verification link.

Do you know when I will be able to access Dev Cloud for Edge and be able to access Jupyter Lab? It is pretty urgent for me to get access.

Thanks,

Bajramovic Maid

It works now (with private e-mail address).

Thanks a lot!
