Hello how are you ? As I described in the case, https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-DevCloud/Intel-DevCloud-Renewal/m-p/1419980#M6251, I'm having trouble renewing my license and as I'm still running several experiments from my master's I'm afraid my files will be deleted, since the license will expire on the 22nd of October. Could you do something so that my files and accesses are not lost?

We have identified a bug and are working with the appropriate teams to resolve it. I will let you know once I have additional information.
In the meantime, I recommend creating a backup of your data on your local system.
