Intel Edge AI Certificate - Not Received any email from Credly

Hello Team, 

 

I have gone through the course work and completed

 

  • 1. Intel Edge AI Foundations
  • 2a. Hands On Module - Retail Loss Prevention - Classification
  • 2b. Hands On Module - Industrial Worker Safety - Object Detection
  • 2c. Hands On Module - Smart Cities Data Augmentation - Style Transfer
  • 3. Purchase Certification and Accept Terms and Conditions 
  • 4. Purchased Certification Confirmation

But still I have not received any email confirming the Certificate. 

 

Please let me know.

I show your badge has been issued, you should have received an email from Credly on how to retrieve it. If you don't see it please double check your junk mail, and let me know.

It can take 24-48 hours after completion of the certification to receive the badge. Please let me know if you still haven't received it.

HI ChrisB_Intel,

 

I have NOT YET received confirmation and Certificate from Intel or Credly. 

 

  • The course was completed on Jan 30 2022, 
  • Opened this ticket on Feb 5 2022
  • Today: Feb 8 2022

 

I see lots of folks having issues with this Certificate process.   My work background has been related to handling technical and process issues. Not sure if this falls in any of these but,  If i can be of any help please feel free to reach me via email or call.  I will be more than happy to help out. Much Thanks

It appears that you may have completed the courses and paid with 2 different email address? I am not able to correlate the payment with the course completion.

Not sure what you mean,  - Registered in this course as surelearn00@gmail.com; 

Another email  possibly could be my sureshlokiah@gmail.com  or sureshlokiah@yahoo.com.  Is that what you have ?

Where do I see the Badge!

I received a message from Credly, but DOES NOT allow me to Login to confirm.  

Secondly, I try to initiate  'Forget Password, but it DOES NOT give me a any further link to type new Password!

 

SO THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED

I am facing the same issue!

I've successfully completed the course as well as paid the certification fee. However, I have not received any feedback or email indicator about how to retrieve my certification.


Please refer to the attached two files. These are screenshots for the finished course and payment confirmation.
