Internal server error

Hello,

I have problems with connecting to the jupyter hub. I get the following error:

My user id is: u182002. Could you please fix it?

Please can you let us know which DevCloud are you using? 


Is it Intel DevCloud for oneAPI or Intel DevCloud for the Edge or Intel DevCloud for FPGA?

I'm using DevCloud for oneAPI from what i can tell by the url: https://jupyter.oneapi.devcloud.intel.com/hub/spawn/u182002

It would seem, that my user had expired. I had similar problem in the past (https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-DevCloud/Can-t-connect-to-original-devcloud-user/m-p/1439579), so i simply created a new user with id: u191839. I thought, that the previous data will be backed up automatically to the new one, but i was wrong. May I ask for a backup of data from previous user onto the new one?

It seems like your account has expired a while ago, as your account data is not present in our short term data backup


We are sorry we wont be able to move your data. You will have to use your local backup for recreating that data into your new account.
