Issue with Intel Edge AI Certification


Dear Intel Support Team,

I am writing to address an issue regarding the Intel Edge AI Certification (Intel course URL: I am pleased to inform you that I have successfully completed the course, including the assessments, and have paid the certification fee. However, I have not yet received any feedback or email regarding the process of obtaining my certification badge.

To provide you with the necessary information, I have attached two files for your reference: screenshots displaying the obtained certification and the payment confirmation for the badge.
