Issues while retraining an LPRNet Model in DevCloud

Hi team,

We have tried the steps in below link for retraining the LPRNet  and able to do setup successfully by creating virtual environment in DevCloud

https://github.com/opencv/openvino_training_extensions/tree/develop/tensorflow_toolkit/lpr

In devcloud while training with chinese datasets by using the below command, it is crashing in both the cases of training from scratch and also crashing with pre-trained checkpoint.

python3 tools/train.py chinese_lp/config.py \ --init_checkpoint license-plate-recognition-barrier-0007/model.ckpt

I have attached the error screenshots for your reference.

Please help us in resolving the issue.

Hi Lavanya,

Intel DevCloud for Edge is not designed for training. It has compute nodes to edge inference.The better choice for training would be Intel DevCloud for Data-centric Workloads — it has compute nodes more suitable for training workloads.
