Job queued forever (again)

I am experiencing issues when queuing jobs again, they keep waiting forever. I had this problem some weeks ago and it was solved by Intel after I opened a post. Could you fix it, please?

The NFS traffic  issue is resolved. Could you please confirm from your end if you are able to access compute nodes.
